The National Dental Association (NDA) is the largest and oldest organization of minority oral health professionals in the world. Representing African American dentists in the United States and abroad, the NDA has become a powerful voice for the health care rights of the under-served.

ANDA supports the mission and vision of the NDA through our own efforts in Scholarship fundraising for minority dental students. We also support the NDA and SNDA dental educational efforts through community service and outreach in under-served communities.

We believe that the dental spouse plays a major role in the family as well as the dental practice; our focus is on helping new spouses acclimate into the dental profession to be the support needed for the dentist.

We also support selected women and children agencies in the communities where the annual conventions are held. Membership is open to spouses of dentists and dental students that are financially active in NDA and SNDA. Dues are paid yearly directly to ANDA's Financial Secretary.
